These are divided into support options, based on the work involved and the type of support you need.

                                                  

Plan 1  Bespoke business plans with cash flows and projections

​

  • This is ideal for bespoke research-based business plans, cash flows for loans, grants or investment bids.

​​

  • This entitles you to 2 weeks of dedicated support to get the task completed.  with two  small reiterations.

​

  • You get a bespoke researched business plan, projections in MS Word and Excel.

​

  • Time frame: about 3 weeks or as agreed subject to the assignment.

You get  a complete business plan with cash flows. 

​

 

Plan 2  Mid-sized firms.

​

  • This is ideal for business transformation, team building, cutting costs, boosting sales, and we help implement recommendations. Expertise on tap and network connections with support staff.

  • You get a written report, expertise on tap, dedicated support staff.

​

  • Time frame: As agreed in the scoping document,  4 to 20 weeks.

Plan 3  Mentoring.

​​​

  • We offer honest feedback, on pitching, plans, sales validation, and warm introductions to help you grow confidently.

  • You get advice and support when you need it and help with pitching and training.​

​

  • Time frame: As agreed by the hour or  days.

Plan 4  Leadership skills

  • We coach founders and teams to lead in line with your values, build culture, and deliver results. Ideal growing businesses.

  • You get one to one training and personal confidence building skills in leadership and team building.  This lasts for two days with theory and practice skills from the past and current issues.

  • Time frame: 2 day courses.

​​​​

As a guide, our average fee is £40 per hour subject to time and expertise required for your needs.
